If you decide not to count the goods, you are implicitly agreeing that you have received the correct quantity of goods. Order Retention: All unpaid orders will be held for 48 hours. If payment is not received within this time, the items will be returned to stock. Returns: Items that are returned are subject to a 15% handling fee based on the total value of the goods returned. This only applies to correctly invoiced stock upon authorized return. VAT: All prices listed on our website are exclusive of 15% VAT. Product Color: The color of the garment on your screen may vary slightly from the actual color. We recommend buying a sample before placing a larger order to ensure the color meets your expectations.
